Payment

Payment can be made in cash (for self-pickup or delivery) or by credit/debit card through the WebPay system (website www.webpay.by).

 

The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection using the protected TLS protocol and confidentially collects the client's credit card information (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the CVC/CVC2 card verification number).

After completing the payment with a credit card, it is advisable to save the received card receipts (payment confirmations) for reconciliation with the card statement (to confirm transactions in case of disputes).

In the case of payment by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the card used for the payment.

After completing the payment, a confirmation of the payment will be sent to the email address you provided.

Delivery

The product is delivered by courier (only within the city of Minsk) or by the state enterprise "BELPOCHTA." The delivery method, address, and contact details are provided by the Buyer during the order process.

Self-pickup is possible after coordinating the order with the online store manager.

Order processing time is up to 2 business days.

Delivery is made to the address specified during the order placement. The cost of shipping is determined by the tariffs of the state enterprise "BelPOCHTA."

The cost of courier delivery is 20 Belarusian rubles. Depending on the order volume, the Seller may choose to provide free courier delivery.
